Aberdeen Public School District’s Lincoln Elementary has been named a 2024 National Blue Ribbon School—one of only 356 schools across the country to receive this distinction! This prestigious recognition highlights schools that excel in academic performance or make significant strides in closing achievement gaps among different student groups. Congratulations! CHS EA makes a difference in students' lives
Aberdeen Public School District’s Janice Miller has made an impact on the lives of hundreds of students in the community throughout the past three decades. Miller is in her sixth year working as an educational assistant at Aberdeen Central High School—and before that, she ran a day care for 24 years. Read her story here!
Aberdeen Central holds Patriot Day assembly
Aberdeen Central held a Patriot Day assembly on Wednesday, Sept. 11, in honor of 9/11. CHS senior Mason Ligon led the student body in a patriotic song, and local National Guard soldiers presented the colors.
